1. Services (Training Sessions, Camps, and Events) All Refunds are made at the discretion of IFA. Most refunds are approved outside of the refund policy below, regardless of the circumstances. The refund policy below is a general guideline. However our loyal customers either receive a full refund or discount code to use within the inghamfootballacademy.com website. Always contact us first as soon as possible at support@inghamfootballacademy.com

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration for a training session, camp, or event, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 3 days before the start date.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 1 day of the start date are eligible for a 95% refund, provided that the cancellation request is received at least 12 hours before the event.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 hours of the event, unless due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Merchandise
